The Role of M&E Site Manager
- Coordinate testing and commissioning part with all M&E contractors including electrical, mechanical, ventilation
- Manage and coordinate installation, testing and commissioning
- Coordinate and assist the technical team in updating testing certificates in line with the O&M manual and creation
- Startin on a site between Driffield and Beverley
- Quality checks on all test certificates.
- Chair site-level installation, testing, and commission meetings with contractors.
- Coordinate client's requirements, specialties commissioning engineers with sub-contractors
- Manage inspections coordinate the matters with contractors and close the reports.
- Manage Cause and effect test schedule
- Assist QS in obtaining relevant warranties and paperwork.
- Assist utility companies' queries and manage their finals.
- Making sure installations are to drawings.
- Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
The Right M&E Site Manager
- SMSTS holder
- CSCS
- EUSR Water Hygiene Card (advantageous)
- HND or NVQ level 6 or similar qualification.
- Full UK driving license
- From a M&E background
- Comfortable with engineering works within a construction environment
- EC&I knowledge
- Proven history of delivering projects on time and to budget
