​Ben approached me through a friend’s recommendation. From the start he helped put things into perspective for me about other opportunities in the industry. Although at this time it was best for me to stay where I was, Ben helped me secure an interview and an offer within a matter of weeks. The whole process was extremely easy, he spoke to me about the role and the company and next thing I knew I was booked in for the interview. We had several phone calls in the build up to this, one that stood out was a practice interview where Ben helped me shape my answers so I could give them confidently. ​Ben contacted me about a job in November 2020, I hadn't been looking for work however Ben had explained that I had the relevant experience and skills for the job, and though I was not looking he felt it was a position would excel in and that I was the correct person for the role. After a few sessions of interview coaching, a CV rebuff and a mock interview with Ben himself, I found myself in the interview room for my new position,  during the interview I felt like I was having an out of body experience,  I was confident, assertive and forthcoming!, qualities I had struggled to display in prior opportunities. After a very chatty interview and lots of handshakes I had found I had secured the position, and couldn't have felt more deserving of it. Thanks to Ben's interview coaching, advice and his highly regarded reputation in the industry,  I had managed to secure the job I had always wanted but not had the confidence and opportunity to go for. ​Well I don't know where to start, after the year ive/everybodys had I wasn't expecting any good luck whatsoever..i thought it was time for a job change so just by chance I thought I'd emailben@reclifts.co.uk,literally searched the job I was looking for online and he was one of the ones at the top,didn't think much about it but sent a message anyways,was late on in the evening, next morning he phoned me up,we had a good chat about job roles and my experience etc etc,within a couple of hours he had me an interview,went to the interview and within 3 days I got a start date,.started today and its definitely a good, honest, family ran company and I feel I'm going to be here a long time..would definitely advise anybody looking for work to send him a message..huge thanks again Ben..
