Due to company growth REClifts is looking for an additional Recruitment Resourcer to join the fast-growing team. REClifts is a successful business with multiple exclusive client relationships.

Role Description
Due to significant and ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit another Recruitment Resourcer to provide a proactive recruitment service and make an impact in shaping our business' success in 2024!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift and Escalator industry recruitment experience - Desirable
- Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: CV Screening, Shortlisting, Interviews, Offering, Onboarding
- Work alongside your Hiring Managers to select the best talent, challenging when required
- Actively seek new ideas to attract candidates e.g., networking, and talent pipelining to ensure we have qualified candidates ready for when vacancies arise
- Write job adverts to attract suitable candidates in the lift industry
- Assist with inductions, offer letters, and new starters such as Right to Work and DBS checks
Qualifications & Ability:
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced Recruitment function
- Experienced using a CRM to coordinate vacancies, candidates and recruitment data
- Bring a dynamic, creative approach to recruitment with new ideas that improve our business
- Knowledge of Recruitment Legislation (Right to Work in the UK Documents)
- Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Google Meet, Zoom
