RECfinancial are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for this Leicestershire based business as they continue to grow and shape for the future.

Commutable from Stamford, Peterborough, the business has seen significant growth and is now looking to strengthen their Finance team with the appointment of a Purchase Ledger clerk.
Reporting into Senior Finance, the Purchase Ledger role will be to support all aspects of general accounting and finance within the Finance Team and to contribute to the achievement of financial objectives.

What Do They Want as the Purchase Ledger Clerk?
Ideally

  • Assisting with all aspects of purchase ledger
  • Matching and coding of invoices
  • Posting and processing journals
  • Update accounts and issue invoices
  • Client/statement reconciliations
  • Assist the wider business with queries
  • Update financial data to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Knowledge of Excel is essential
  • Knowledge of Xero or Sage is ideal but not essential
