REClifts is recruiting for a Lift Technician to join a dynamic and expanding lift engineering firm operating in London. Your Role: Lift Technician
In this high-impact position, you'll act as the technical backbone for a team of Lift Engineers across London, ensuring all service and repair activities meet the highest standards.
You will : Lift Technician
- Diagnose complex lift faults and deliver expert on-site support
- Lead technical testing and commissioning (training provided if not NVQ 4 certified)
- Support engineers over the phone and in person
- Supervise high-stakes repairs and lift operations
- Provide mentorship, hands-on training, and enforce H&S compliance
- Create detailed technical reports and share insights with senior management
- Liaise with sub-contractors and ensure standards are upheld across the region
What We're Looking For: Lift Technician
- Ideally NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering Qualified (or part Qualified) Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior lift engineering or testing role
- Confident with electrical/mechanical diagnostics and lift fault resolution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in or near Central London- However client will accept anyone who is able to commute into London from Essex, Kent, South, or North London.
