RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this Leicestershire based forward thinking and innovative Practice as they look to recruit an experienced Audit Manager to join their team.

Reporting through to Senior Management, you'll oversee a settled team and manage the delivery of professional services to a portfolio of clients, engaging at all levels.
As expected at this level, your role will involve the following;
- Client meetings, agreement of fees and budgets
- The preparation of accurate accounts for review and consideration
- Monitoring team work flow levels to ensure all audits are delivered on time, to the expected business standard and to budget
- Mentoring and review of Juniors / Semi Seniors etc to ensure accuracy and delivery of reports at all times
- Ensuring new and old client relationships are serviced and maintained to the highest levels
- Review and explore new potential business opportunities
What are we looking for in the Audit Manager?
- Drive, passion, motivation and solid experience are a must
- The ability to make business critical decision and problem solve
- Ideally ACA qualified or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years in an Audit environment
