So What Are We Looking For?
As a key member of the this perfectly formed team, you'll be responsible for the running for Accounts Payable and Receivables, with control of the Bank Accounts.
So What's The Role?
Accounts Payable
- Matching of AP invoices in the ERP workbench
- Liaising with wider company to ensure controls are maintained
- Running the monthly payment schedules for onward authorisation
- Supplier Reconciliations
- Manual processing of invoices as required
Accounts Receivables
- Weekly credit control of Nylacast limited customers
- Liaison with Credit rating agencies
- Monthly credit control review with the Management Accountant
Bank account control
- Monthly Bank account reconciliations (Multiple currency)
- Posting of required transactions into the NL
- Treatment of fx impacts on currency movements between account
Month end reporting
- Support the Management Accountant in preparation of month end accounts
- Key balance sheet account reconciliations
- Reporting of any required National statistical data.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of administrative procedures for a medium sized company Good numerical and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
