REClifts is now looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager or a Stairlift Engineer to run a Warehousing Operation in the Yorkshire area
Commutable from: Leeds, Harrogate, Hull, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Bradford, Sheffield, Barnsley, Huddersfield, Wakefield, York, and Rawdon
Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Manager:
- All associated Stairlift Engineering warehouse logistics
- To integrate a new stock management software (SBO)
- Packing & despatching stocked products,
- Provide advice and maintain an up-to-date expert lift industry awareness and knowledge
- Assist with audits undertaken by relevant approved bodies.
- Organize workloads to achieve maximum quality and productivity to deliver the service plan priorities.
- Purchasing and negotiation of parts
- Strip down stairlifts for spare parts (Desirable)
- Build reconditioned Stairlifts (Desirable)
- Stairlift refurbishment, assembly, mounting gearboxes, mounting kits to valves, organising shop floor, stock taking & stock management, keeping a close eye on work in progress - (Desirable)
The Ideal Warehouse Manager:
NVQ 2 or equivalent qualified Stairlift Engineer (Desirable)
Proven experience in the installation or service repair of stairlift equipment - (Desirable)
Problem-solving abilities and the ability to use your initiative
