Technical Support Engineers required in Edinburgh / Kirkcaldy (EH/KY) postcode or surrounding areas, to carry out Field and Desk-top Audits on Dual Fuel Smart Meter Installers.
This is a permanent role with one of the UK's leading metering employers and an excellent opportunity, for either highly skilled dual fuel meter installers who are looking to progress or for existing Auditors, seeking a new opportunity.
The role will be 75% field based and 25% home based.
The role will incorporate not only Work In Progress and Post Completion Audits but also mentoring and coaching of dual fuel installers, in order to improve quality of the workforce.
The Benefits
£36,500 Basic Annual Salary
Standard Working Hours and Overtime / On-call Earning Potential
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm
On Call - Technical Support Help Desk (Working from Home)
When on call shift will be 2 days in every 6 weeks (on average)
Applicants Requirements
Applicants for these positions will need to be fully qualified dual fuel Meter installers, who have had either some mentoring or auditing experience and the following qualifications;
Level 2 Diploma or ACS Gas Qualified for Meter installation
EUSR Registered
Single off multi-phase
MOCOPA (previously/currently held)
At least 3 years post metering qualification work experience
Maximum 6 penalty points on your Driving Licence (manual transmission required)
