Role - Solar PV & EV Installer (Electrical)
Salary - £30k - £40k depending on experience, plus overtime
Location - Luton
Hours - Monday to Friday

The Business
We are working with one of the Midland's best known Solar and EV Specialists. Capable of designing bespoke Residential Energy solutions for any size and scope of Rooftop. They offer complete power solutions with combined Solar, Battery Storage, and EV charging to provide uninterrupted power supply for their customer's homes and vehicles.
Thanks to the boom in demand for Residential Solar, they are now looking for additional support to join their full time Installation Team, covering the Midlands and M1 Corridor. Ideally they are looking for someone in the Luton area to help bolster their team focusing on Installations in the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Northamptonshire areas.
The Role
This role is primarily focused on the electrical side of the role, with the Solar PV Installer working alongside experienced Roofers on installs. As such you will need to have a recognised Electrical Installation Qualification, plus 18th Edition.
Ideally the business is looking for candidates with prior experience of Solar and / or EV charging experience, however they are happy to look at anyone who has a background in Domestic and Commercial Electrical Installations.
Working Monday to Friday, you will be completing on average 1 to 2 jobs a day as part of the team, depending on size of installation and location. Any overtime, outside of you 40 hours will be paid at x1.5 equivalent hourly rate.
