REClifts are now looking for a highly experienced Lift Service Manager to join a well-established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service & repairs of lifts and managing the service and repair team
Responsibilities of a Lift Service Manager:

  • Carry out regular site monitoring
  • Coordinate repair projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Supervise a team of Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Efficiently plan engineer workloads
  • Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
  • Develop maintenance schedules to ensure lifts are serviced according to safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints

Ideal Lift Service Manager:

  • NVQ 3 Qualified - Desirable
  • Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and safety regulations - Essential
  • 5 years of Lift Industry experience - Desirable
  • Management experience - Essential

Commutable: Manchester, Stockport, Oldham, Warrington, Bolton, Rochdale
