Role - Senior Project Manager (Commercial Solar)
Salary - £75k - 85k Car or Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Expenses + 20% Bonus
Hours - Monday to Friday (09 - 17:30)
London Based with weekly visits to London Office

The Role
Lead PM UK will report to the Director of Delivery and will have overall responsibility for the construction of UK rooftop solar projects.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Construction programme management of up to 10 projects in parallel.
- Accountable for construction safety including CDM15 coord.
- Managing the Technical Surveyor and PM and other PMs.
- Management and coordination of all surveys for new and existing PV projects, to include functional testing.
- Assisting with project commercial development.
- Supporting the Procurement Mgr to select and performance manage Contractors.
- Project management of roof top solar projects.
- Quality inspections - either by yourself or others.
- Lead the Quality process.
- Safety audits - either by yourself or others.
- Oversee project commissioning and handover process.
- Ensure all project data is correctly entered into data systems.
- Communicating programme and team status as required.
- Standing in for the Dir Delivery.
The Person
- Be enthusiastic about the global shift to renewable energy sources.
- Have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Be knowledgeable in the design of industrial LV systems including metering and grid connections.
- Have installed solar PV systems in the past.
- Spot and resolve issues before anyone knows there is an issue.
- Be able to continually refine and improve processes.
- Be highly proficient with the full suite of MS applications with emphasis on xls.
- Be experienced and competent in operating CRM database systems.
- Have a retentive eye for detail and consistency and have the personal drive to ensure others follow your lead.
- Be a leader who inspires teams to outperform.
- Be able to organise and manage large engineering design document sets.
- Be able to demonstrate your competence with a reference to previous successful assignments.
- Be able to demonstrate credentials to be legally employed in the UK.
