NVQ Level 4 Senior Lift Engineer / Supervisor
Are you a technical leader ready to manage complex installation projects? We are looking for anNVQ Level 4 Senior Lift Engineer/Supervisorto provide technical leadership and oversee our installation teams.
The Role
This role involves high-level project management, ensuring that every installation complies with the highest safety and quality standards. You will act as a bridge between the site teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage lift installation projects from inception to completion.
Supervise and mentor Level 2/3 engineers and apprentices.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Handle complex technical challenges and manage all technical documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
Leadership:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
Experience:
Advanced knowledge of lift systems and installation practices.
Safety:
Relevant site safety certifications.
Desired Attributes
Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including formation installation.
TÜV certification used for UK elevator installation.
Bilingual skills (Turkish or Romanian) are highly advantageous.
