So what's your role?
Working closely with stores and third party organisations to prevent aged items. You will prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review, process customer refunds for payment and provide the necessary support with your financial knowledge to remove financial risk exposure.

What does it involve?
As a member of the team, you will create productive working relationships with the all staff internally and develop and maintain relationships to a high standard with all clients externally. Your role will also involve;

  • Upload and reconcile the various tender accounts on a daily basis and manage the disputed transactions in a timely manner to ensure losses are prevented.
  • Liaise with the stores to request the relevant information in order to contest all disputed bank transactions to protect the business from losses.
  • Prepare Tender account reconciliations to be reviewed and signed off by the financial controller at each financial month end.
  • Provide on-going support to the UK retail stores, ensuring that transfer activity and store invoice requests are dealt with in a timely manner to provide a positive customer experience and to maximise sales.
  • Adhoc duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your Manager

  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • A great team player with a "can do" attitude
  • Finance experience within a retail environment would be fabulous but not essential
  • SAP ideal, but again, they can teach you
