REClifts are now recruiting for a highly motivated Sales Executive to proactively manage the new installations sales function for a National Lift Engineering Company that prides itself on installation of High-end bespoke passenger lift sales, offering excellent progression opportunities, pay rises and promotion, the rewards are marketing leading.

This Sales Executive role will require the selling of new installations of platform lifts. Also to identify repair works and major modernisations as cross-selling opportunities. The role is to identify customers' needs and generate sales to exceed individual sales targets. Plus accounts manage existing accounts in Northern Ireland. The majority of your time will be nurturing leads that come in per month! The most successful applicants will be skilled at lead converting but topping up their outputs by hunting for new business as well.

Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

Ownership of the full sales cycle: Proactive identification and creation of new sales leads and opportunities, quotation, tender & order process, lift design process, and handovers to the installation and maintenance teams.

  • Understanding, preparing and delivering accurate quotations to clients across all sectors
  • Proactive development of existing and new customer relationships.
  • Upselling to our Bespoke range wherever possible
  • Accountability over agreed business objectives, sales budget, and pricing targets in the designated market area.
  • Collaboration with the rest of the team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales and customer data.

Sales Executive -Skills and Experience Required

  • Systematic approach to selling.
  • Customer centric mindset - Desire to understand what creates value to our customers and courage to experiment and embrace innovative thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills to gain access and work with the right external and internal networks.
  • Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management.
  • Great communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of contractual and financial terms.
