***Purchase Ledger Clerk/Remote working***. RECfinancial are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for this Hinckley based client on a Permanent basis for not 1, but 2 Purchase Ledger Clerks due to continued growth. The successful candidate will possess previous solid Purchase Ledger experience, be comfortable working for a successful business, be comfortable having a remote working position and be part of a fabulous team. Your role will involve the following;

  • Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager
  • Responsible for the input of receipts, matching and coding invoices
  • Raising queries manually
  • Investigation of invoices to help drive down debt
  • Having previous/current knowledge of VAT would be advantageous but not essential
  • Previous/current knowledge of Oracle would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Excel is essential


This role requires a person to be an active communicator who works well as part of a team. You will need to be organised yet flexible in your working approach and be able to manage varying degrees of workload. You will need to have good keyboard skills with the ability to process quickly but accurately. The biggest element here is the need to have a keenness to learn and develop and as well as being able to retain technical information.
