RECfinancial are currently recruiting for this growing dynamic North West Leicestershire based Practice, in the search for an experienced Payroll Administrator on a part time permanent basis.
This role is available ideally over 5 days, 10am - 3pm but our client is open to negotiation.

So, what's the purpose of the role for Payroll?
Reporting to the Manager, you will support all aspects of general payroll objectives, possessing a full knowledge of current legislation etc.

What are the main aspects of the part time Payroll Administrator?

  • Payroll - multiple clients
  • Setting up new payrolls, starters, leavers, etc.
  • Dealing with PAYE, online submissions, SSP, SMP, AEO's, student loans etc
  • Dealing with HMRC
  • Liaising with clients, partners and Managers to ensure all information is received correctly
  • Keeping up to date with all the necessary legislation
  • RTI, informing clients on RTI and Pensions etc


Who do we want for the Payroll Administrator?

  • Minimum of 2 years within a similar role.
  • Accountancy Practice experience is preferred but not essential
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation & deadline time keeping skills,
  • Ideally have experience in using various Payroll/Finance packages
