RECfinancial is working in partnership with a specialist manufacturing business in their search to appoint a new Management Accountant to be based at its Leicester site.
The role is based at the firm's impressive site based in South Leicestershire around ten minutes from junction 21 of the M1. They are commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton and the Coventry / Warwickshire area.
Reporting to the Financial Controller the Management Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of the businesses monthly management accounts, board pack preparation and associated kpi reporting & analysis. The role has a strong commercial element as you will be working with heads of departments across the business, having monthly P&L review meetings and supporting them to run their departments with financial efficiencies. The role will also has exposure to budgeting and forecasting activities.
The role would best suit a candidate who has existing experience of management accounting and also for someone who is looking for a role which will be working directly with the business.
Ideally you will be qualified or working towards the CIMA or ACCA qualification. Candidates who are QBE with substantial experience of the manufacturing sector will be considered.
