RECfinancial is working in an exclusive partnership with a Leicestershire business in their search to appoint a new Management Accountant.
The role is based at an impressive office which is within five to ten minutes drive from junction 21. The business is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Coventry / Warwickshire, Nottingham and Derby.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is newly created due to the growth in the business and will be responsible for monthly management accounting, variance analysis, kpi reporting, assisting with budgeting / forecasting and supporting the finance manager in the long range planning for the business.
The role will also have a commercial element and would suit a candidate who wants to really get involved in the business as you will be exposed to a lot of analysis on a reactive and proactive basis as well as working with the business on profit improvement. This will include supporting non finance managers in the business.

They are keen to hear from candidates who are in an Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management or Management Accountant type role. Candidates who are either qualified or studying for the CIMA or ACCA qualification will be considered.
The line manager for the role is great and keen to hire someone who they can coach and develop into a bigger role in the future.
The role does offer hybrid working.
The role has a salary range of between £42,500 and £50,000 plus a generous benefits package.
