RECfinancial is partnering with a Melton Mowbray based business in their search to appoint a new Management Accountant.
The role is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire and Nottingham / Nottinghamshire including Grantham, West Bridgford, Corby, Oakham and Loughborough - the business does offer hybrid working.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, This Management Accountant role will supervise 2 members staff and will be responsible for the management accounts, profit and loss pack, kpi analysis looking at sales - profitability & margin and working with the Finance Manager on budgeting & forecasting.

They are keen to hire a candidate who has a background in Management Accounting and who would be potentially looking for a bigger role in the future. Ideally you will be either qualified or working towards the CIMA or ACCA qualification. Study support will be provided if required.
The role has a salary range of between £45,000 and £55,000 plus a generous benefits package.
