RECfinancial is working in partnership with one of Leicestershire's best employers in their search to appoint a Management Accountant - the role is a halfway house between being a Management Accountant and a Finance Manager.
The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this exciting Management Accountant role will take full ownership of the businesses management accounting and will have a team of three reporting into it. The role is a good mix of accounting, kpi reporting and analysis, team development, budgeting / forecasting and deputising for the Head of Finance.
Culturally the business is a great employer. They have made a significant investment into this part of the business which will see turnover increase by 30% over the next 12 to 18 months - it's a really exciting time to be joining them. The business does offer hybrid working.
The role would best suit a candidate who is looking for a role with progression and the opportunity for future career development. It's likely that you will be in a Management Accountant or Junior Finance Manager type role. The client will only consider candidates who are either qualified or close to qualification of CIMA or ACCA.
The role has a salary range of between £47,500 and £55,000 + a generous benefits package including a bonus.
