REClifts is now looking for an experienced Lift Tech Tester to join a well established company based in the North East area.
Lift Tech Tester Responsibilities:
- Ensure New Lift Installations are fully tested and British standard compliant
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, & test reports
- Attend & fix breakdowns/faults
- Support with fault finding and problematic issues
- Making improvements to, and offering advice about, lifting operational procedures
- Supervising lift engineering & all technical staff adhering to health & safety standards
Lift Tech Tester Qualifications & Experience:
- NVQ 3 or equivalent - Essential
- NVQ Level 4 in Lifts - Desirable
- Experience of a similar role in the UK Lift Industry providing telephone & on-site technical support within the UK lift industry - Essential
