Above Market Salary £52,000 – £60,000 + Overtime + Full Benefits Package
A rapidly expanding UK lift engineering group is entering a significant growth phase ahead of 2026, with continued national growth underway and a strong pipeline of secured work nationwide.
As part of this expansion, they are hiring experienced NVQ Level 3 Lift Installation Engineers to strengthen their installation teams across the UK.
This role covers installation, refurbishment and modernisation of lifts across retail, commercial and residential environments.
This is not a service-only role.
This is hands-on installation and project-based work.
The Role
You will install, refurbish and modernise a wide range of lift systems, delivering high standards of workmanship across varied environments.
Responsibilities include:
Installation of passenger and goods lifts
Refurbishment and full modernisation projects
Working across retail, commercial and residential properties
Interpreting and working from technical drawings
Ensuring compliance with current lift regulations and Health & Safety standards
Delivering a professional service in customer-facing environments
This is a practical, varied role suited to engineers who enjoy problem-solving and doing something different day to day.
What They’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Installation & Commissioning (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on installation experience
Strong technical knowledge of lift systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
Confident communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Full UK Driving Licence
Engineers with experience across multiple manufacturers will be highly regarded.
