REClifts is now recruiting for a Lift Service Engineer (NVQ3 qualified or equivalent) to cover a geographical patch across the West Midlands area. This lift engineering company will also pay for an NVQ 4 qualification upon completing a satisfactory notice period and upon request if this is desired by the recruit.
Lift Service Engineer Responsibilities:
- The role will aim to efficiently manage your own service route. You will complete minor repairs on passenger lifts and goods lifts.
- Carry out the electrical and mechanical maintenance of all types of goods, passenger and service lifts and lifting equipment.
- Report service/repairs/defects to encourage improvements in lift equipment and safety.
- Complete maintenance schedules in accordance with agreed Service Contracts
- Participate in call out
Ideal Lift Service Engineer:
- Has at least 2 years experience - Essential
- Qualified NVQ 3 lift engineering discipline either service or installation - Essential
- UK Driving Licence - Essential
- Lives a commutable distance away from Buckinghamshire or willing to relocate to this area
