Commutable from: Romford, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Wembley, Croydon, Battersea, West End, Any surrounding areas commutable around the M25
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + Overtime + Bonus OTE £80,000 per annum

- Do you live a commutable distance away from London? The experience we require is Installation or Modernisation of passenger lifts and high rise experience where possible.
- Are you a skilled Modernisation Engineer or Lift Installation Engineer living a commutable distance from London, Kent or Essex?

Required Experience/ Qualifications:
- You will be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent.
- As a qualified Lift Modernisation Engineer, it is essential that you have all-round knowledge of lift equipment and that you can demonstrate that you can apply lift engineering principles to lift modernisation's
- Flexible travelling to multiple sites - Full UK Driving License - Essential
- Minimum of 2 Years Installation of passenger lifts within the lift industry - Essential
Responsibilities of Qualified Lift Engineer:
- Carry out modernisation's of passenger lifts
- Control own jobs including planning of lift modernisation's
- Work efficiently and in a safe manner in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship
