***HR Advisor*** Our client, based in North Leicestershire has engaged RECfinancial on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis. Being based in Coalville, some travel may well be required to other sites, so transport is ideal for the successful candidate.
As part of a generalist team, you will gain experience across the full remit of Human Resources. You will provide high level administrative support to the HR function, whilst working with managers and employees, to support and process a wide range of activities including recruitment, employee relations and payroll.
You will also have the opportunity to assist the VP of Business Development, with a range of HR projects to support the HR operational plan and to support the organisation in attracting, developing, retaining and engaging a talented workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR along with recent demonstrable experience of providing high quality HR administration support and guidance. Together with excellent organisational skills, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain accurate records. In addition, you will have excellent attention to detail and be committed to providing a positive customer service.
The successful candidate's effective communication skills will allow them to communicate at all levels whilst building effective relationships.
