***Head of HR*** Our client, based in North Leicestershire has engaged RECfinancial on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Head of HR to join their team on a Permanent basis. Based at ones of the sites, your role will report into the VP of Business Development and will involve the day-to-day management of employee relations, recruitment and training, working closely with Senior Managers, to develop and implement plans that actively promote an inclusive, engaged and high performing workforce.
Ideally being Level 5 HRP and a CIPD Associate, you will deliver a highly effective HR service by providing expert advice, coaching and guidance on complex employee relation matters such as disciplinary, grievance, performance and attendance management being a first line advisory support service to line managers and employees within the organisation.
You will attend disciplinary, grievance and absence hearings to support managers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be able to produce and analyse statistics related to
monthly KPI's and manage all documentation through the HR department. You will also manage a team, co-ordinating a diverse range of HR-related projects. You will have excellent communication skills, be empathic with a high level of emotional intelligence, responsive and solution driven with a pragmatic commercial approach.
