***Financial Controller*** RECfinancial are recruiting exclusively for an experienced Financial Controller to join this rapidly growing Leicester based business on an initial 12-month contract with a possible extension.
This business has seen incredible growth over the past 18 months and sees no sign of slowing down.
Being immediately available, you will be part/fully qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA with a demonstrable background in Financial/Management Accounting.
Purpose of the role:
- Support with the integration of all financial information from the businesses into Rapid
- Support the FD and business units on the design on the new ERP system
- Help automate processes and reviews across the business
- Review and support on strategic planning across the business
- Manage a small but perfectly formed Finance Team
- Management/Financial accounts in line with business expectations
- Knowledge of International trade a distinct advantage
- Reviews, budgets, forecasting, reporting etc
Skills required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong system skills including Navision/Oracle would be advantageous
- Advanced Excel
- Supervisory/leadership skills are a must
