So who are KSB? With over 150 years of manufacturing and supply, they are a leader in their field of pumps and valves. The Finance team is perfectly formed and now looking to add to their head count.
So What Are We Looking For?
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable with the ability to adhere to deadlines and multi-task. My client will also consider graduates with a Finance related degree. It is also essential to be able to manage own time professionally as well as a high-level of detail and accuracy.
What Will Your Role Involve?
Accounts Receivable
- Maintain customer master data
- Perform debt collection & dunning
- Manage disputes
- Perform credit control
- Prepare group reporting of trade receivables
- Prepare individual bad debt provision and IFRS9
Accounts Payable
- Process incoming invoices
- Maintain vendor master data
Internal projects
- Continuous improvement of KPIs DPO, DSO
- Improve credit control process and set-up in SAP
General & administration
- Support Finance team and Financial Controller in daily business and improvement of processes
- Working within company policies and standards
- Working within health and safety guidelines
- Supporting and working within the company values and code of conduct
