DUAL FUEL METER FITTERS 

Self-Employed | Long-Term Contract

PAY & EARNINGS

  • £82 per Dual Fuel fit

  • Single Fuel, Site Investigations & other job types paid pro rata

  • On-Call (OOH) available in selected areas:

    • £225 weekly retainer

    • £25 per weekday call-out

    • £50 per weekend call-out

  • Monthly pay via BACS (weekly statements provided)

  • Detailed rate card issued prior to deployment

  • January 2026

  • Recruitment & onboarding taking place now

  • Secure work ahead of contract launch

WORK AREAS

Work allocated in line with the client’s installation programme, with every effort made to keep work as local as possible to your home postcode.

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday to Friday

  • 08:00 – 17:00

  • Optional work after 17:00 and Saturdays available

  • On-call rota participation may be required in selected postcode areas

VAN OPTIONS

  • Own van preferred (higher earning potential)

  • Company van available if required

    • Approx. £175 per week (van, servicing & insurance)

    • Fuel costs not included

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified Dual Fuel Meter Fitter

  • Self-employed

  • Own van & tools (or company van option)

  • Reliable, professional approach to customer work

  • Starter pack of consumables supplied with resupply system in place

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Return visits for rectification are unpaid

  • Missed appointments incur a £50 GSOS charge per job

  • No holiday pay or SSP (self-employed status)

  • Training & induction costs apply if leaving within 12 months
