Located near Fosse Park, this is an opportunity for a budding Credit Controller to join their team on a 12 month maternity role. This role has the potential to become permanent.

Role Purpose
- To manage the collection of outstanding debt for the large Key Account & National
- Customers within the BSS Group, minimise outstanding debt on the overdue & prior debt.
- Liaise with customers and branches on issues that may hinder the timely debt collection
- process. Administer queries & resolve, also find solutions to reduce the queried invoices
- This is a vital part of the Group to have this department to maintain an efficient cash flow to
- the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure debts of the Key Accounts & National accounts are collected when falling due.
- Review the trading of the accounts
- To ensure all outstanding invoice queries are resolved and collected expediently by liaising with the Key Account Managers/Key Account Directors &
- Branches and/or customer and that all relevant resolutions are documented
- To ensure that any high risk accounts are brought to the attention of the Team
Leader, Assistant Credit Manager or Credit Manager.
- Review of accounts which have exceeded credit limits, where appropriate liaise with
senior staff.
- To identify key issues, such as recurring disputes, and recommend resolution, implement, monitor, report.
