So what's your role?
To maximise cash collection to Antalis terms and minimise risk of bad debt ensuring compliance with terms, company policy and internal controls procedures, while providing first class customer service to customers and internal stakeholders.
What does it involve?
As a member of the team, you will create productive working relationships with the all staff internally and develop and maintain relationships to a high standard with all clients externally.
- Cash collection with responsibility of approximately 1000 live accounts with debt from £0 to £7million
- Proactively chase customers to obtain payment to terms using Genysis/Oracle and correspond with customers and Sales making sure we are paid by the due date. From January 2023 Antalis will be using SAP.
- Propose solutions for payment issues including payment plans and debt restructuring where customers are unable to pay to terms
- Maintain and update customer records on Genysis/Oracle to ensure accuracy.
- Identify invoice disputes from customers and liaise with internal sales for resolution with follow-up with customer to ensure payment is made.
- Monitor suspended sales orders and action release of account by liaising with customer and sales desk.
- Process credit card transactions and release sales order on receipt of payment.
- Source and compile credit information to evaluate and authorise new account applications.

CICM qualified or studying
18 months + experience
Pleasant and confident personality?
Able to action a high volume of customer queries?
Highly computer literate - Microsoft Office?
Possess English/Maths Grade C or above?
Good communication skills are non-negotiable.
