Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience and negotiable at interview)
Commission & Other Earning potential: This will generate circa £30,000 per annum
Benefits: Market Leading Commission Structure: non-pressured - not targeted
Total Earning package: Circa £70,000 per annum
Benefits: Brand new company van, fuel card, holiday, specialist tools provided, full training provided, NO CALLOUT OR NIGHT CALL
Hours: 8-5 - 40hr wk (flexible to suit)
REClifts is now looking for a Proven Stairlift Engineer - Specialising in the installation of both straight and curved stairlifts in people's homes. This work will be completed across the Birmingham and surrounding area.
Stairlift Company:
- A key distributor and supplier in the stairlift market nationwide.
- Management is required to encourage and promote career progression within the business to grow the company organically with the internal talent of Stairlift Engineers.
- All Stairlift Engineers are required to install stairlift equipment taking ownership of health and safety
Ideal Stairlift Engineer Candidate - Skills/ Qualifications & Certificates:
- Mechanical skill set required preferable in the stairlift sector - ESSENTIAL
- The Stairlift Engineer candidate will be NVQ 2 or an equivalent qualified Stairlift Engineer. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the installation of stairlift equipment.
- Reliable and compassionate and professional at all times
- Must be able to provide up-to-date references and willing to undertake DBS check.
- An eye for detail and confidence to work alone
- Problem-solving abilities and able to use your own initiative
- The ideal candidate would have installed a wide range of Stairlift manufacturers including Handicare
- Experience installing both straight and curved stairlifts - ESSENTIAL
- Electrical Qualifications - ESSENTIAL
- CSCS and /or SSSTS - DESIRABLE
- Strong customer-facing skills
- UK Driving license - ESSENTIAL
