This exclusive opportunity in the lift industry is ideal for a proven Sales Coordinator or Internal Sales Coordinator that is familiar with working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Company: Due to its ongoing growth strategy, this prestigious lift company is now actively seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales function of the business in Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- The goal will be to become proficient in the company's ERP system
- Actively contribute to enhancing the company's market position as an industry-leading distributor for quality products, customer service, and impeccable knowledge base
- You must offer exceptional customer service at all times - Essential
- Proactively answering the telephone inquiries, quote requests, and orders
- Efficiently respond to all email inquiries in a timely manner
- Seeking solutions to customer needs at all times - customer satisfaction
- Liaising with preferred logistics partners
Ideal Candidate:
- Clear desire to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Self-motivated attitude towards learning, achieving and supporting
- You must be commutable to Essex / East London
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages - Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
- Confidence to ask for assistance from a helpful team when this is required!
- Personable, adaptable, and committed to a close team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A lift industry work experience is advantageous
- Full eligibility to work in the UK - Essential
