We're REClifts - a specialist recruitment agency that's growing fast and shaking things up in our sector. We're now looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join us in Leicester and help tell our story through digital channels, creative campaigns, and sharp content.
No experience? No problem! If you've got energy, ideas, and a passion for marketing, we'll teach you the rest.
🧠 What You'll Learn & Do
- Create and manage content across social media platforms 📱
- Write and publish digital ads and job posts ✍️
- Help build and maintain contact databases & CRMs 📊
- Support with emails, campaigns, and performance tracking 📧
- Use Canva and scheduling tools to design eye-catching visuals 🎨
- Learn how to analyse marketing data and improve campaigns 📈
- Take part in team projects and brainstorms 🤝
- Study towards a Level 3 Digital Marketing Diploma - fully funded & supported by REClifts 🎓
💡 What We're Looking For
- A proactive go-getter who's excited to learn
- Good with words, organised, and a bit tech-savvy
- Basic knowledge of Canva, social media or email tools is a bonus - but not essential!
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and great communication skills
