REClifts is now looking for a multi-skilled Lift Repairs Coordinator to support their clients with a sizable backlog of repair works to be quoted plus numerous site surveys to be completed for new and existing clients on their lift service portfolio.
This reputable lift engineering company offers a flexible and supportive management structure that will give you all the tools to hit the ground running in this fast paced and challenging environment. This position has arisen recently due to organic growth of the business and to cope with the increasing workload within the repairs team.

REClifts welcome applications from talented Service or Repairs Coordinators or skilled Repairs Supervisors in the lift industry or relevant engineering companies where you have delivered a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating quotations for new works / repairs orders to include ordering and booking out parts as required.
  • Ordering parts for 'quoted/small works', scheduling labour and arranging attendance with customers
  • Managing daily work schedules and Collating paperwork from engineers.
  • Managing reactive work orders, ensuring Engineers arrive within agreed timescales
  • Planning compliance check services in advance to satisfy contractual obligations
  • Providing regular updates to meet customer and business requirement
  • Ensuring both Customer and Company KPI targets, as well as contractual SLA's are met/exceeded
  • Managing a high volume of work orders, whilst ensuring company processes are adhered to
  • Customer liaison & update, Logging new calls into Service Module.
  • Housekeeping of database, sites, equipment etc.
  • Invoicing completed works and assisting with Invoice queries.
  • Raising credit note request forms.
  • General administrative duties.

Your Skillset:

  • Ability to prioritise a heavy workload in order to satisfy all customer expectations
  • Commercially aware and able to understand financial targets at both Company and Branch level - Preferred
  • A calm and methodical approach to work demonstrating you are a confident communicator
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service at all times, professionally enthusiastic with an energetic personality - Essential
  • Confident to be able to understand the customer needs
