My client is a leading Health & Wellness tech platform who are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Director to join the rapidly growing and successful business and team. The company have developed a leading wellness platform, which brings users, teachers and experts together to offer guidance, courses and professional training program ultimately enhancing the user's lifestyle and wellbeing.
The role will be London based and the Corporate Partnerships Director will play a key role in growing the tech start-up through B2B and B2B2C sales with corporates and healthcare professionals.

My client are looking for a candidate who is results driven, hungry to make an impact and confident in generating on-going leads, wining clients and building new relationships.


The Role

  • Identify corporates and enterprises interested in offering the platform and services to their employees as part of a benefits scheme, as well as professionals (e.g. gyms, clinics, nutritionists, registered health practitioners, studios, PT's, beauty clinics) who would recommend to their clients.
  • Organise, book and conduct consultations and demonstrations with B2B and B2B2C contacts.
  • Negotiate & close deals with new clients and companies who will in turn offer the platform and services to their employees as part of a benefits package/benefits scheme.
  • Own the relationship with key clients including retention, expansion and new business.
  • Partner collaboratively with operations and the tech team to continuously improve efficiencies in delivering value to our clients.
  • Work on sales events and attend wellness events with wider company.



Ideal Candidate:

  • A top performer with a background in sales/business development, who enjoys being part of a high-performing, motivated team.
  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets (ideally within the health & wellness industry, though this is not essential if expertise is transferrable).
  • Proven experience in successfully negotiating deals with corporates and experience in dealing with CEO's, MD's, HR Managers, Rewards Teams, etc.
  • Someone who is confident in handling objections, developing relationships and managing long term accounts & partnerships.
  • Confident with growth mindset - dedicated to growing your skills as a professional.
  • Passion for companies that have a positive social impact and the health and wellness sector.
  • Self-starters who are confident in working autonomously in building a successful Sales desk, with a passion for networking and business development.



Must Haves:

  • Prior experience of selling to corporates and health professionals.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.



Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the health and wellness industry or selling membership or insurance.
